Showcase Dance Academy is a Colchester based company established for nearly fifteen years, and specialising in Ballet, Tap, Modern and Jazz.

Recently, due to popular demand and changing trends, Showcase has incorporated many other contemporary styles such as Street dancing and Hip Hop.

It is proud of it’s high standards of teaching and development, and in return is rewarded through the pupils examination results, festivals and shows.

Furthermore it boasts success for the many students who have auditioned and achieved places with prestigious theatres including the English Youth Ballet and the National Youth Ballet.
Although many students attend merely for the fun, exercise and social aspect of dance, we are also very proud of our professionalism in training and encouragement of our many students who have achieved places on The Royal Ballet Associate Scheme or have gone on to full time dance, and Performance Arts training.
